Books Category:

All purchase will be dispatched within 24 working hours (unless non availability of proper stock) and be with you within 5-7 working days (Gujarat), 6-8 Working days (India) and 8-12 working days (Around the world) unless your area is not part of our courier company. However, for COD orders which are requested through VPP (Indian Postal) we can't committ any delivery date. Incase your delivery area is not covered by our courier company, we may send it with other couriers or postal in some cases. This excludes bank holidays and weekends. However, we are giving all possible options with delivery dates, based on your selection, we will try our best to deliver your good at earliest.

For books, there could be few titles which may not be available, if so, we will issue full refund after customer's approval.

Tshirts & other Clothings:

All purchase will be dispatched within 48 working hours (unless non availability of proper stock) and be with you within 5-8 working days (Gujarat), 7-9 Working days (rest of India) and 10-15 working days (Around the world) unless your area is not part of our courier company.

Incase of item not available, we are committed to inform you within 2 business Days.

Returns Facts & Policy:

Can I Return product?

• For books, unfortunately it won't be possible to return nor exchange the items unless there is some damage or inner pages missing.(not considered for Indian postal parcel)
• For Tshirts & other Clothings, Yes you can return your purchase product within 7 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition and tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• For any query you can mail us on [email protected] within 3 days on receipt of delivery with the product snaps.
• Returns would not be accepted for books, dandiya, snack items.
• At the time of return, please remark the items as “Defective Returns” and “Not for sale”.

How Can I return my Purchase?

• If you want to return your purchase kindly mail us on our [email protected] with full details and required photos and our executive will reply back or contact you shortly.
• Unfortunately, we are not providing Re-Pick-Up Facility for any purchase. You have to return item by courier and return cost shall be beared by you.

Can I cancel an order after shipped?

• As your order shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.
• To cancel the product you need to intimate it in 6 hrs. of order placed.
