What is Dhoomkharidi's Easy Returns policy?

We assure you that all Books sold on Dhoomkharidi are brand new and 100% genuine. In case there is an issue with the product you have received, our Easy Returns promise has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Refund, depending on Dhoomkharidi's Return Policy.

In any case, all purchases on Dhoomkharidi are backed by Buyer Protection for 10 days from the date of delivery.

Is it possible to 'return' an eBook?

If you have already purchased an eBook but don’t have a compatible device to download and read it on, you can revoke the purchase under the 10 Day Cancellation & Refund Policy for eBooks.

Cancellation and subsequent refund will also go through if we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the time you had reported the error.

How do I return books Shipped by Dhoomkharidi?

1)  Refund / Replacement request if any should be made within 2 days from the date of receipt of the books/products only if the products / books are unused. The customer should request refund / replacement to Dhoomkharidi by sending an email to support [at] dhoomkharidi [dot] com

2) Dhoomkharidi may provide you a return voucher that can be used to purchase same amount of goods on Dhoomkharidi or provide you the refund in your account.

3) The original packing of the books / products should not be opened.

4). Books / products should be returned and reach to us, at your costs, within 7 days from the date you receive them.

5) You can request for a full refund / replacement of books / product if it has a production or manufacturing defect such as incorrect printing or damaged paper (if already not informed) or if you have received an incorrect book.

6) Such refunds / replacements should be brought to our attention within 2 business days from the date of receipt of books / products.

7) Refunds for damaged books in shipping and transit are not permitted.

8) There will be 5% cash processing charges will be applicable for all refunds.

I have requested a refund, when will I get it?

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs.  Buyer will get refund amount within 3-5 business days.

Can I Exchange Books?

You can exchange Books for the same Title / Edition / Volume.
We hope you understand that the Books can only be used for trial and cannot be used in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please send us an email on support [at] dhoomkharidi [dot] com to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, if you have ordered multiple books, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

When are returns not possible?
