The law of India shall be the supreme governing law in case of any confusions and conflicts. In case of any and all claims, disputes or controversies (whether in contract or tort, pursuant to statute or regulation, or otherwise and whether pre-existing, present or future) arising out of accessing and/or making purchasing will be referred to and finally settled in the Rajkot High Court, governed by Indian law as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in respect of any matter relating to the enforcement of intellectual property rights and protection of confidential information, each party may pursue remedies, including injunctive or other equitable relief, through the courts, in which circumstance the parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot and to waive any objections based upon venue in any such action, suit or proceeding.
